So after the whole dove ordeal was over with we did a little training.
Here's a picture from Friday...
That first find must have been uncomfortable...LOL!
These was taken a couple of days before...two different finds, same style.

| Lookin' good. Can she see the pigeons? Looks like she is using her eyes. If she can, plant a little tighter in cover. |

No she can't see the pigeons...they were hidden well within the cover(bushes). BUT...I will plant them tighter...it can't hurt right!
I see what you mean though, H20...she looks like she's trying to see the birds, especially in the third picture.

Just wondered. Has she been on pheasants? I see that a lot in dogs that have hunted pheasants. They learn quickly to use nose, ears and eyes to track those wily runners. |

| Nope. She has never hunted pheasants. She did track one but that was a year ago and that's the only pheasant she's had contact with since then. |
