Please keep Rurik in your thoughts

Postby Rurikr » Mon Nov 02, 2009 12:03 am

My old man, Rurik, will be having surgery tomorrow to remove a mast
cell tumor. He just turned 11 last month. Please send him love and
strength for an uneventful surgery and speedy recovery.

Please keep your fingers crossed that the prognosis will be stage 0 or at worst stage 1.

Thank you.

Surgery went well and he's now home and resting.
Now we just wait to hear the prognosis from the pathologist. The next week will be hell but I'm hopeful and optimistic.

Thanks for everyone's kind words and thoughts.
