Piper getting weird w/food

Over the past few days Piper has been weird with eating her food. she is fed twice a day (6am - 7pm). She is trained to sit until we tell her she can have it by telling her to "take-it". Now, she sits but when we tell her to take it she just sits still. after a few min she will finaly start eating. Any ideas? Is she telling me she doesnt like it?

We did the same thing with Scout(train him to sit while we serve it). And he did the same exact thing! It got to the point where he wouldn't even eat it. If she's eating it then I wouldn't change your routine and see what happens. If she starts to refuse to eat, then perhaps try another kibble and rotate every 3 months or so. I think dogs, just like humans can get bored with what they eat. We ended up switching Scout to raw and knock on wood, but we haven't had this problem again.
