Well I took on the challenge of making dog collars...

I keep seeing all these collars on Etsy and Ebay, and I thought to myself that can not be all that hard. There are even sites that show you step by step on how to make them if you google "how to make a dog collar".

Here are my attempts. Wyatts is adjustable, and Tate's is just a collar. But what is nice is that ...

I have found a bed on a rescue site that looks like it might be simple to make. The frame will not be a problem I just would like some input on how I should attach the material that they will lay on to the frame.

so, hooch has a baby.. same baby since we got him.. and he loves to "nurse" on it for comfort. he has gone through 4 already.. regular wear and tear..
recently, he has discovered how to chew the nose off.. and pull out the stuffing.. then gets bent when i take it away.. to sew, or finally retire because it is unrepairable..

Ok, while Scooter and Sadie are kept in the small storage area during Scooter's heartworm rehabilitaion I have tried to make several toys for them to play with. First I hung different rope and ball toys from the rafters, those get tore down every few hours and I re-hang them. Now I have tried to make my own kong type toy. Primarily because I'd have to drive to the next closest town (about 40 miles) ...

I got bored today, and decided to make some blankets for the puppy. They may very well get chewed up, but they'll make his crate comfy in the meantime. And for the next-to-nothing they cost to make, they're great!

Just wanted to share my handy work. I built a flight pen for my training quail. It's 33"x 48"x 48". I still have to build the nest box that will attach to the back of the pen. I think it turned out great so far as all I had for plans was a picture in my head. Gus even gave it his approval.
