Oklahoma Passes Black Market Breeder Bill

This has been a BIG topic of discussion in Oklahoma City for the past several months. I was just wondering about what some of the fellow reputable breeders on this forum thought about this legislation. To a bystander and humane society volunteer like myself, it seems to be a big victory. However, many breeders (probably mostly the ones this bill is designed for) are raising a fuss about it.
