So the Georgia weim momma has heartworms, have been trying to find info out on treatment, options etc. The rescue flight pilot sent this to me thought would post and share... any thoughts, anyone done this please lmk.

Hey everyone.... So Bayliss is due for her yearly rabies shot. Before this board, I would have gotten it for her no problem. But with all her health issues and crazy things going.. I'm wondering if I should get it for her... I guess my question is, how many people on here get there rabie shots every year?? .. If you don't get it every where, how often do you get it for your dog?? ...

We have alot of deer flies, mosquitos, etc. Is there anything safe to spray on my dog? I heard that Avon Skin So Soft if ok to use. But worry if she licks herself.

For his back. I'm not sure the Depo-Medrol did all that much. And I wish there was someone out there who could tell me "This is what you can expect along this time line." We just got our Weimaraner on Friday- Her name is Stella and she was 8 wks old Sunday. She gets the hiccups about 4 or 5 times a day for about a minute. Is this normal for this breed or should I be worried?

Sorry about this topic, but Liza has had diarrhea off and on since I brought her home last Saturday. I saw tapeworms in her stool 3 days ago so I wormed her and my other two. Jaeger needs one or two of his lower teeth removed (decay). The estimate is $750 for one tooth and $900 for two. Is this in the ballpark of reasonable fees? Thanks for letting me know.
