Hi,
I have a 9 year old female weim and she is wonderful. Well behaved, full of life and loves her walk/runs. She is very affectionate and loving and in great shape. She is not showing any signs of age or of being a senior dog. Any idea of how long she might live? |

Hi and welcome to the forum.
I imagine if she's in good health (with no accidents...) she will live quite a while, their average life-span is around 10-13 years. Just out of curiosity, why do you ask? |

| She is in great health! I guess when you tell people your dog is nine, sometimes they grimice, like she is on her last legs or something. I guess I just think about her old age, and the inevitable, that one day she will die. |

I don't think 9 is old!
My boy Riley's great grandma lived to 17. Another dog in Pixy's pedigree is still alive and kicking at 16.
Ignore those people! |
