|
So today is my final day with my foster Jovi. I am going to miss her bunches. She has come so far in just these past few weeks. Her new family is anxious to get her. But she will be deeply missed around here.
I wish you well baby girl!
Isn't she a cutie?
She thinks she is a cat and is supposed to sit on the back of the couch...silly girl
I love how Weims curl up in the smallest little ball like this...
Shh..she is finally sleeping....
Jovi and our 10 month old puppy Sagira sleeping
This is our puppy Sagira...
Thanks for looking. I am very sad right now. |

Jovi just left...I am sad and crying. I know she is going to a much better home that I can offer her, but it still sucks to say good bye. Starr is here for me though, she hasn't left my side and is giving me lots of kisses because she knows I am sad.
Jovi and Starr from today:
Jovi chilling out before she goes to her new home:
Gosh I love her...
How can this not make you smile?

| Jovi was very lucky to have someone care as much as you have before finding her forever home. She is a very pretty girl, thanks for posting her pics! |

| Ohhhh I am sorry to hear you are so sod, it sucks but giving them up comes with the territory and deep in your heart you know that it was the right think. You have to remind yourself that there are so many other weims out there that need help, that Jovi leaving is and going to a forever home is a blessing in disguise! I am sure though that she had a wonderful time while you and will always be in your heart! Hope today is a bit better! |

| Fostering is hard, I believe that a good foster home is when the people fostering love the dog so much that its hard to let someone else have it. You must be a great foster family. |

Thanks you guys. Today is a bit better. Her new mom called me and Jovi is doing great. No accidents in the house, she is being super loveable and they thanked me for all I did to help Jovi. I miss her and I know it is best for her to move on. But as stated above, I am the type of foster that when an animal does come here for a day, week, month, they are my family. They are treated just as good (if not maybe just a smidge better) than my own 4 because they need me a little more than my guys do).
I like fostering but the goodbye never seems to get any easier for me. But I do feel better now that I know she is adjusting well.
Again, thanks for letting put my emotions out there. Makes me feel better to put stuff in writing sometimes. |
