I pull up in the drive, everything seemed normal the garage door was open, and it usually is. The door to the utility room was open as well, then from the utility room to the house also open. I started getting nervous at that point. Luke had left the doors open after getting off the bus.
I came in and was greeted at the door by Zeik as usual, but Jasmine wasn't there to greet me, I was scared at that point. I went through the house calling for her, no response. I go outside and look for her in the back 40, she isn't there either. Starting to panic I jump on my bike, quickly thought I'll look on our normal walk route. I found her teasing the neighbors Great Pyrenees, on our walk route.... I was so relieved, like a dumb dumb I didn't bring a leash, so I took my belt off and looped it around her collar, jumped on the bike and she trotted home beside me like nothing ever happened.
I was totally freaking out, but when I found her it was like a 10 ton weight was lifted off me. SO GLAD it was a happy ending! |

So are we...relieved that is....
That is the most frightening feeling in the world......
I am so happy she is safe.
My son's Philly Girl got out of his apartment without her collar a few years ago. She was missing for THREE weeks. It was HORRIBLE and I still thank the Lord everyday for letting us get her back.
Ain't her cute....

Yikes! I totally was there last year when Sadie went for a 6 hour stroll. There is a field across the road from where we lived and she was having a grand old romp the entire day. I spent about 3 hours wandering around calling her. Then late that day she saw me, started to run to me, then saw the car coming down the road and stopped right in front of the car. She nearly got hit! I was so frickin' mad, but so incredibly happy she was back!!!
I'm so glad that you found her safe and sound!!! |

Wow, I'm so glad Jasmine is ok....
That's very scary.
My husband let Ace outside unsupervised, without his collar on the other day.
I could have killed him! He definitely got reamed out for that one..... |

| Thank goodness she followed the regular route that you take and so you could find her that way. |

Lynn, yes she it cute!
John was just talking the other day of how scared he was when he thought he lost our dogs on vacation. Sky was gone for like 2 seconds and Stormy was gone forever as far as he thought. The little bugger ran back to the cabin and was safe at home w/ Momma and sissy's.
John and Johnny my step-son, were beside themselves. Johnny couldn't breath when he got home he was so upset, and I'm sure MAD at Storm as well for breaking loose. |

Ahh, he is half right. She is half weim, half border collie and just the most unique looking little girl in the world. She has beautiful amber weimy eyes.
Philly Girl and Cesar Leo are my grand puppies. Two adorable little mutts that I love dearly.
This is Cesar....
