Baylor really enjoys her kong but I am trying to watch her weight because she is a big eater. I was wondering if anyone had any healthier alternatives besides the canned stuff for stuffing your kong. Is peanut butter a good idea? She really likes peanut butter but I am worried that it might not be very good for her.

Click on the link to my Blog at the bottom of this post (below my signature). I have a short little entry called Kong Stuffing 101. I too was looking for healthy alternatives to try, and have a list of some different recipes listed there. You'll have to click on the "more" link at the bottom of the entry to see the recipes. My girls especially like the frozen Kongs!

I use mostly peanut butter but I guess that's not exactly non-fat. You can try a little bit of the yummy fatty stuff topped with yogurt and freeze. Or veggies like carrots....
