Phew..what a night. I got the crate up in the dog room and put together. He is a sweetheart. I have him in the crate for the night hoping he will calm down. Silkie snapped at him. Poor little thing..all he wants is love. He is very affectionate and sweet.
He's kind of over puppy breath. But he's very cute. I didn't get any pictures of them because of course it rained tonight. Boy he is really carrying on right now. He seems to be settling though.
I did not tell John he is here yet. They did fine this afternoon. Him and Gunnar were sound asleep when I got home.
I have a pic of him that was e-mailed to me but I can't figure out how to post it. If someone gives their e-mail I'll send it to you and maybe you know how to do it.
He was bred in Barbados..I spoke to his previous owner again tonight
Tomorrow should be interesting....But I'm sure he will be adopted soon.
He's quiet now...we are going to bed..lol |

Lynn, you are awesome! I'm sure he'll find a home real soon!
I like Nick too, or maybe Link. Trink is a little weird.
Would love to see him.
John knows how you are, he'll understand, right? |

OMG Lynn... John's gonna KILL You! Actually he'll probably fall in love and then kill you!
I can't believe... wait, yes I can. You'd do anything to help a Weimie! I likve Nick ...what's a Trink? (Like Junie... What's a RULEY?)
I bet Julie can find a home quick... I've done quite a few i-views that were good, but no dogs right not that match...
I can't wait to see this boy!
Sleep tight.

Haha oh my God. Situations such as the one you're in are precisely the reason why I've never trusted myself to work in a shelter!
So what's his story? |

I think I like Link!!!!
JL, I am sending you his pic now. It's 4:40 am..just took them out, fed mine. The little guy is back in the crate..he cried for about 10minutes, he is quiet now.
I am trying to keep him on a normal schedule.....I'll feed him around 6-6:30. I don't want to make life too hard for the new owner
Yes, John is going to kill me...I hope Julie has someone for him. I'm sure she does. |

Well, I told John...when I got my usual 6:30 morning call from him. He took it very well I think because Link (thanks, NenaGunther) is just a puppy. I told him he would not have been able to leave him either.
Now he is anxious to get home to see him.
He is being very good about the crate, now. I have to keep him in the crate when we are in the house....he sprinkles sometimes....he just pees while he is walking. Do males get UTI's??? But it could be a puppy thing.
Guys, this is hard....not the puppy; dealing with my guys. OMG if they would just relax a little bit I could work with him some. But I am afraid I am not really going to do him much good while he is here. My dogs just won't let me. But I'll make the best of it for the sake of the little guy. I am hoping that over the weekend they get a little more used to each other. I told my guys he is not staying and they better be nice.
I really hope he gets to go to his forever home quickly...just because he needs the attention from someone who is just there for him. He will be a very good dog for someone. He already follows me around. He's got four dogs to play with and he doesn't get more than a couple feet from me when we are out. He runs up and back down the basement steps to make sure I am coming.
I will try to get some pics of him now that John is coming home. Every time I tried to take a picture last night, he would come over to investigate the camera and I couldn't get the picture.
But I did email a pic to AmazingGrace...hopefully she can post it here for me.
