Ok so - Rosie has had this little thing on her hock....does it look like papilloma to those familiar with it? She's been to the vet and it was healing then re-opened this week after over a month.

| It's in a very awkward spot...where it could be easily opened. Is it something that could be removed??? |

| Our vet hadn't suggested a removal yet - we've been keeping an eye on it (3 visits) first two she got injections thinking she may have gotten a thorn stuck in there...she has re-opened it half a dozen times I'd guess before and in-between those visits and just when it looked like it was finally drying out, bam back and red. Very strange.... |

| I would get a needle biopsy done on it to check for Mast Cell cancer. |

Thanks guys. We were hoping the otic solution would help it heal but after today's followup with the vet it is going to be removed.
Then she has to wear an e-collar for up to 2 weeks afterwards poor girl! |
