Introducing Little Miss Thing!

Postby onegrayhoudini » Tue Feb 02, 2010 3:37 pm

Ok, so my camera has decided to be rude and not upload the pictures :( So I had to resort to one I had on my phone for now. I just can't hold off any longer! I have to show her off!! So I'm deeply sorry about the bad quality, I will add more pictures as soon as I possibly can!

Here is Little Miss Thing (nickname that seemed to stick) We're still deciding on a name.

Image

Mark likes the name Alaska, and the name Violet is growing on me. He thinks Violet is too feminine, and I'm just not set on Alaska...So we're giving ourselves the deadline of tonight for a name. Her registered name is Diamond MK California Peach Fuzz. (I told Mark it would be funny if we named her Alaska since we got her in California :D) We'll see what we decide on!

She and Ronix are getting along quite well. Ronix has actually been pretty good with her, surprisingly. Her personality has really started to come alive in the last day too. She likes to "hide" under chairs with her toy hoping Ronix doesn't come steal it away-he's kind of a bully like that. We're trying to teach him to share  He's catching on. They actually started cuddling last night. :soppy:

It was so hard to decide, but I eventually went with the pup that we liked in all the pictures. She seems to be the perfect mix of sassiness and cuddles. She loves being held-and will tell you when she wants "up"! Can you tell we're in love already? :soppy:

If you like Alaska a lot, you could always go with aurora borealis and rora for short. Beautiful puppy. Let the fun begin!

Holy moly, she's FREAKING CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And that first picture looks like it's "painted;" very pretty. I think you should blow it up and paint / gloss over it to finish that look. :)

I WANT A LH PUPPY, WAAAAAA!!!! And Britta needs a cuddle buddy. I'm going to tell househubby we need a bigger house to make room for "future additions." :D

I love her EARS! They're so curly!

I immediately though of Cali, but I also love Georgia, she could be your little georgia peach!

YES! Of course! That would be soo sweet! :)

I'll have to run the name Georgia by Mark and see what he thinks. I don't know why we are having such a hard time with this one! I found a name spelled Jorja (I assumed pronounced the same??) that I thought was cute too, so if we do go that route I like the different spelling.

Marla and Ken have a weim named Aurora, so I wouldn't want to be stealing anything

I just ran home on lunch to see the pups and Mark and eat lunch. Phew! I need a closer job! AKA a work from home job!

I told my sis I wanted to be a "stay at home Mom" this morning :D I wish!!!

OMG, she's perfect! That first picture (in your second post) she looks like she's a little stuffed doll. How cute is she?!!!

I like all of the names mentioned. Milo has a sister named Violet and her daddy calls her "violence." I think it's pretty funny. I do love Cali & Georgia though. If you're having a hard time with names, then I think the right name just hasn't come up yet. I'd wait if I were you and see how her personality develops.

Have fun with that baby!
