Her pictures don't do her justice. I forgot how pretty she is. She is more than pretty; she is stunning.
She's not that big. The pictures of her with John are deceiving. She's kind of average size for a female weim. 62 lbs; but very dainty.
I just don't know how someone could give up this sweet dog. I can't wait until Indian sees her. |

Well, We arrived home to much butt sniffing, growling, running around like fools. And it was sleep time.....BAWAHAHAHAHAHA!! NOT! Poor Steele is so worried that Ashley may get a smooch or pet that she doesn't it isn't funny. Talk about stacking a claim. Ashley for her part is being very paitent with the new arrival. Steele is very pretty and sweet. Where Ash is stocky and robust, Steele is slight and dainty. They are around the same size, And off set each other great.
My gawd!!! Me and my GF Nita have come to the conclusion that Lynn is CRAZY!!  There were so many wiems in that house, Crazyness!  And guys you should see big Jake in person. Thats not a wiem...Thats a DANE! He's HUGE!

Indian,
We just got back from the decoy show in Tuckerton. I couldn't wait to get home to see how things went when you got home with Steele.
Julie said to let you know that we don't know how reliable Steele is coming when you call off leash.
I am so glad Ashley is being patient with Steele. Ash won't be lonely anymore.
We took Gunnar and Silkie to the show. Gunnar got tons of attention.
Yes, we are crazy...crazy for weims

Well lets see.....I got a little sleep last night. Nothing like waking up to a wiem fight on top of you in bed!  Steele is bound and determined to be the dominant female, Ashley has other plans. The problem for poor Steele and her high expectations for herself is, Ashley out weighs Steele by a good 10 lbs! She's already put her on her butt more than a few times, But Steele for her part has spirit...LOL!
But all and all folks, They both are VERY happy. Ashley seems at ease most of the time, And Steele loves the country and being able to explore.
We love them and they love us! It's a great thing.
I'll post some pics of them together hopefully tomorrow. I'm playing hooky from work, And spending the day Just the three of us in the woods walking around scouting deer stand locations. |
