**WOW** I'm just in awe! 3 from the shelter, and one of your own? Whew! I'm so impressed and thank you! Thank you for doing this for those poor babies.
I cannot imagine just dumping 3 of my babies at the shelter. What is wrong with people?
Thank God for you, tho, Amy, an angel to these lucky weimies. |

Aw, thanks everyone.... You're making me blush!
We are having so much fun with them, I can see myself getting attached to all 3 of them already! Each one of them has their own personality and I've been trying to have a little one on one time with each of them through out the day.
Holly just loves having them here but they are a little annoyed with her. They play really well with her but when they are done and she doesn't want to stop they'll let her know it. She bites at their legs, trying to get them to play with her , and then they growl and snap at her, so I've been separating them some to give them a break from her....it's working.
I just can't believe how well behaved they all are. I mean no matter which one a person or family adopts they can't go wrong. |

Hey everyone! Sorry it took so long for an update, it's been very busy around here! The dogs are doing wonderful and it's been a real joy having them and knowing that they've been given a second chance. Even though they need some basic obedience (they know sit and down but even that needs work) they are 3 of the best dogs I've met. No known behavioral problems, very affectionate, great temperament, loves the kids and all in all they are pretty calm.
I'm very happy to report that I took Suede, the father, to his new forever home last night!! The family that adopted him is very large with 8 in all. They have 6 wonderful kids that couldn't wait to meet their new Weim. They had all of his supplies all ready there, XL crate, toys, treats, dog bed, food, dishes, a new collar and leash. I know he's going to have so much fun! He barely said good-bye to me when it was time for me to go. Even though I was happy for him I was sad to let him go, him and I developed a special bond and I said if he was the last one to go I would keep him.
I have a couple of people looking at Holly and Jenna, one that saw them yesterday is trying to decide. I know whoever adopts them will be happy, they are just so sweet!
Well, I'll share more later, I'm off to puppy class! |
