So listen to this guys! I am blowing off steam out of me freaking ears right now! I called the number that was on the listing and this women picked up. I explained to her that i have a 10 month old weim and she immediately interrupts me and says "well you know the posting is for a boy". I told her i was aware of it and she plainly said that its always a problem to have two males together and she believes that it would be a problem....which i think its a bunch of BS. Anyway, i asked her why they were giving him up and she gave me a lame excuse that they were moving to another place, an apartment, and they have 4 dogs, taking 3, and leaving him since he is the oldest. She also continued to say that she has them for breeding. She has two males and two females and he is one of them, but she said he is to old for that now. She continued to say how good he look and how he has perfect weim features. I tried to explain to her that i have started getting involved with the DC weim rescue and that instead of her giving him up to just anyone we could possibly work to find him a suitable home. She shut that one down immediately bc i think she is trying to get $ out of the deal. I asked he if he is dominant and she said that he likes his space and does not like it when another dog gets on him bed and gets near his food. I asked her where she got him from and she said from a breeder in the WA & Kentucky border. I am in tears right now and very upset about the whole thing, here goes another example of people getting rid of their dogs bc they become an incoviniece. I am in tears right now!!!!!!!

The ad says he is neutered..... I really hate people.

Iris, i would get a friend to call and say they just lost their weim and don't work..blah, blah ......and are looking for a good boy to give a home to.

I said to her that her add mentioned him being neutered and she said that they just did it two months ago!
Yeah i might do just that.....I am pretty sure she is acting like he would not be a good fit for us bc i think she wants us to say, PLEASE PLEASE WE REALLY WANT HIM, HOW MUCH DO YOU WANT US TO PAY...

I cannot believe some people! ARGH!!! I hope you do find someone to call and help you get him. He is absolutely gorgeous! They are moving to an apartment and taking three of the dogs, what are they rats?

So guys we think he is related to Rocky! First of all, he looks identical to Rocky and he came from a breeder from where Rocky`s dad came as well! I know you cant tell from the pictures i have taken of Rocky in the album bc my camera is crap, but truly they look like twins, even Mali noticed this right away. I am waiting to go home and talk to Mali bc he is always the more cautious out of the two of us.

. I didn't dis them initially because I thought he looked well cared for and that he was dearly loved but due to a life change had to give him up.

And this is exactly why I could never work for a rescue..... Just because of this, Lynn and the rest that do. I can't figure how you can face these people and be cordial.

And on these same boards we have people unbelievably distraught over they're dogs because of health issues........I hate people to. Evil or Very Mad
