Sterling threw up TWENTY times between 11:30 p.m. and 12:45 p.m. last night! I've been shampooing my carpets all morning
Once she threw up all of her food and stuff, she continued to throw up yellow crap. It's stained my light colored berber carpets
Ironically, after she was so violently sick, she laid down and went to sleep and ate and drank fine this morning...WTH? I'm kinda attributing it to the doxy she's been on for the past week, since she did the same thing a few nights ago and then was fine...she's pooping, eating and drinking fine and is her normal self.
I have an appt. this afternoon with the vet to see my little JRT who's now got the upper respiratory crap my other two weims had....what's next? I shouldn't say that...I still have ONE healthy dog and ONE healthy horse!!!! |

| I use Get Serious from PetSmart. Works better for me on my cream colored carpet than anything else. |

forgot to ask the question!
Does anybody know of anything that truly gets the yellow out of your carpet? I don't want to go buying 30 different things that might work if someone has a suggestion to give about something that really does work. |

| Oh that's going to be a tough one! I would think something like Natures Miracle with neutralizers would help? I don't know how you would get them out permanently. Those darn stains always seem to come back eventually. |

| Why don't you try something you have at home 1st? Baking soda and water, or white vinegar? |

| I just used Resolve. It worked on my multi-colored berber carpet and you can't even tell where she pooped. It was her only poop accident and it was a while ago. |

Okay...in case anybody ever needs this advice again...
I mixed Nature's Miracle and Oxyclean together, and it lifted the stains right out.
Now I just have to shampoo the rest of the carpets in the house because I have brand new looking carpet where the stains were, and the rest now look dirty...even though we shampooed the whole house last week |

Yeah. Luckily, I did not blow up anything
I must admit, I was a little scared to do it...when I was younger, a friend of mine mixed Draino with something...can't remember what...but it exploded all over her and she had third-degree burns over about 60 percent of her body...it left TERRIBLE scars.
It really did cross my mind while I was doing it! |

When Newman was sick recently he puked bile and I used Resolve and then we used our Bisell Carpet Cleaner with their brand of pet stain remover. They both worked. Sorry your baby is sick |

yeah, with draino and bleach you have to be careful. you can get yourself killed.
i have used resolve and stain-x regularly, and i still stand by my comment - if it can get puked poop out of carpet, it can get anything out. |
