Hi Everyone!
I just found this forum (thanks Anne) and wanted to pop in to introduce myself. I'm Renee and I have an almost 8 mo old blue Weimaraner named Roxie. She has been so much fun! She is currently in field training and recently earned her International Baby Championship from the IABCA. She will go back in January for her Youth title (hopefully). We'll keep going back until she earns her adult championship.
I'm also a volunteer for the Northern California Weimaraner Rescue helping out at events and educating the public about Weimaraners. With Roxie by my side, it's also our chance to educate about blue Weimaraners.
I look forward to meeting more people and their Weims. Here are a few more pics of our Roxie and you can visit our website too at http://www.reneeandtate.com/pets.html:

| Where can we get the calendar? I know it's probably listed somewhere obvious--I just read this post, so if there's a link could someone direct me to it? Thanks! |

Thanks everyone! We are very proud of her.
Well behaved.... as they say, a tired Weim is a good Weim. We keep her tired and I'm sure to tell new people that too. In fact, I think I bum people out sometimes with all my... a Weim isn't for everyone speach.
You can get the calendar at www.reneeandtate.com/blueweim.html All the proceeds are going to NCWR.

I tried the link but I get an error. I looked at the for sale section and it wasn't there. Is there another way to get it? Thank you! |

Haha, yeah, a friend of mine saw the pictures of my puppy's litter and the first thing she said was "OMG! How much are they?! I want one!"
She said her lab got parvo and she "gave it back" last semester, whatever that means, and that one of these would be PERFECT for her. I asked if she even knew what they were called and she just stared. I gave her the whole "they're not for everybody" speech and when I told her I didn't think she could keep up with its excercise needs she asked if I was calling her fat, LOL. Oops. |

Kinda proved she didn't know much about the energy of the breed, though huh, if she thought you were calling her fat.... |
