I am the proud owner of a 4 month old female, my first Weim. She is quite a handful, but I love her to death already!!! She is absolutely amazing!  |

We live in Columbus. Hoping to move out to the country soon, but as of now we are living in the city. It is amazing to me how many people have never seen a Weimaraner. When I take her out for a walk or a jog you would not believe how many people stop to ask me what kind of dog I have. One lady, I am not to sure of her intelligence level, asked me if I was walking a sheep. It was pretty funny.
Anyway she is beginning to reach the age where she is a terror. Everything she sees goes right into her mouth. She used to sleep all through the night, not anymore. No more cuddling and kisses, more like jumping and biting. But I knew this would come and I was totally prepared for these behaviors through reading on this forum and reading books before I got her. I know someday my sweet little girl will come back.
Well, it is great to meet all you folks and I couldn't be happier with my reason for being here, my dog Stella. |

| Wow that first picture of her on the stones is just stunning...I love the blue sky, green grass and brown stones all together...that would be a nice one to get a print of and frame! |

Ah... so is everyone else... its why commuting is a pain and the "country" is really no longer the country. Sorry... land use planning is a bit of what I do, and the sprawl of people from urban centers to "the country" is having a major negative impact on our economy many places - esp Ohio. Not my place to judge, so Im not calling you a bad person, just sharing some information. Its really a very big problem that most people have no understanding of.
