| OH crazy Gunther!!! I wish you had a picture that would have been great. As for a Scat Mat I have a more generic brand that emits a siren sound, not a shock. It worked really great to train the dogs out of the kitchen for me. You just have to make sure that they know what the shock means. I called Sadie onto the mat and as soon as it went off I would correct her and when she backed off I praised her. It worked wonders. Good luck with that counter surfing stealing boy! |

| Jake is a champion counter surfer. Gunnar isn't bad either but he is a little less brazen. Although Eddie was making a sandwich one day and turned his back for a second and Gunny grabbed that sandwich by the end and slid it so slowly off the counter...Eddie caught it and got it back. Gunny did manage to get a piece of turkey and some cheese. |

So I ordered a Scat Mat tonight, Gunther decided to take some utensils out of the sink and then another attempt to pull another bowl off, he is getting more and more gutsy...
I'll definitely will have video on this when I test out the scat mat. |

| Let me know how the scat mat works, guys. The mental image of Gunther with a batter bowl between his paws is one I've seen too many times around here! The counter surfing is outta control! |
