Good morning folks,
I have more pics of Gunner that I took yesterday. We went to a small local park that is edged by the Ohio River and some soybean and corn fields. Just let Mr. Gunner run around. He actually sented a little brown bird and flushed it up. He was so surprised....then a few minutes later he was eating a stick. Such concentration in a Bird dog puppy. I hope you like them.

Then the little bird flew out, way too fast for me to get a shot of. Heck I don't even know what kind of bird, just a flash brown feathers and whoosh it was gone.

He was really proud of himself. I love how much he gets that doggie grin on when he is just out sniffing around and looks up at you like, "This is soo great Mom". Makes you just smile to watch him. He was also good with his recall. I still have him on a long line, just in case but I drop it and he just drags it around.
