So someone told me to try Pet Edge for dog toys... you have to order in bulk for it to make sense - I probably should have ordered larger quantities of each item, but I wanted to see them first before I ordered 10 of something.
Here is my order... $130 with shipping... should keep them busy for 6 months or more... and the balls may last a year.

Zoe said we are all full here... her toys... bad enough Riley plans to play with some of them.
Looks like a lot for now... but it is meant to last them quite some time... we will see.
Oh, we will accept visitors who want to play fetch. |

Wow! Sophie seems to get bored with her toys so quickly and she wants what she can't have! I wonder if this is the age or if I'm just not getting the right toys.
Great deal though, I can tell by the looking I've been doing online. |

| When Marley was only a few months old I took her to pet smart and she carried a huge stuffed bone around the store. It was too cute. Carried it right up to the counter. Looks like I will be making a trip to the store tonight. She needs some new toys-looks like I'm slacking. |

the orange chuck-it tennis balls will last a few weeks, maybe 3 months. i think they are the best ball we have found so far.
regular tennis balls are so abrasive, we generally go with the Kong Brand squeaky tennis balls. the squeaker only lasts 10 minutes or so at best, and the balls usually last a week, but they are supposed to have less abrasive covers, and with zoe's tennis ball drive, something less abrasive should help her teeth.
i checked on the vrious balls alone at petco - they would have been nearly $80.
not to mention my mom just ordered from petco (bird seed and a few clearance toys). they sent her a 12" rawhide, 1 of the 4 balls, and set up the seed that it required a signature for delivery... then called the order fulfilled. its still a mess. |
