Has anyone tried the this thing. The following is from one of sites selling the thing. Kind of sounds like a scam, but then again there is amazing technology being developed every day. I'd sure like to stop putting poison on my fur friends. "The Pet Protector Disc is charged with scalar waves and protects the entire body of your pet, forming an impenetrable shield against fleas and ticks. Animals can't feel these waves, because they affect only parasites. Scalar waves create an environment that parasites cannot stand, which makes our product the perfect protector for your pet, as it repels the parasites before they can even attack your cat, dog, horse or any other pet. Simply attach the Pet Protector disc to the pet's collar. To guarantee effectiveness it should stay attached to the collar permanently (even during your pet's bath or veterinary visits)."
Thanks for your response.

Sounds very interesting...don't get why you would keep it on during a bath, but...made me think of invasion of the body snatchers from some reason. Maybe it's an alien technology and they are taking over our dogs with this new "pest" repellent.

Ok, sorry, that's a thought... I think I've had one too many sips of wine tonight.
Sorry, but my dog thinks you're an asshole and I believe him..

Interesting you mention the alien technology. Have you heard the conspiracy theory that there are aliens running parts of the government. In official government correspondence they refer to the aliens as Greys. I've also heard on this site that Weims aren't really dogs they are alien babies. Just sayin.

That's from a movie, but I can't place it...

My mother has always said Krauser was an alien because of his alien eyes when they're all big and yellow.
