There are a ton of discussions about food. It pretty much comes down to what works for pup. Search "food" and you'll find reading material for the next month !!! |

If the CN is working for him and he likes it, I think it is fine. I know a lot of people like Canadae; but I don't think it is available in all areas. When I do buy kibble, I buy Solid Gold, various types. But I only feed kibble in the morning. They get all different kinds. My MIL sends lots of treats from Fosters and Smith and she usually includes a bag of kibble in the order. I also get a lot of donated kibble through rescue because I have two rescue dogs, Silkie and Jake. I mix them all together. Before we started feeding them raw at night, I did notice that they would get tired of a particular food it they got it for too long. Especially Silkie. She would get to a point where she just wouldn't eat it anymore until I changed the food.
Darn dogs are way too people-fied. |
