Frontline Plus.
But, I love it for the ticks. They fall right off, dead. Where we live, it's heavily wooded, and our yard is full of them. |

| We use biospot for ticks/fleas, but I think I'm going to buy some frontline for the rest of the summer. I've been pulling a few ticks off a month and I don't want to risk lyme. I love biospot though because it is so cheap and 95% of the time does the job. Just a side note, we used Advantix, and I found about the same amount of ticks on them monthly. Definitely not worth it, as it is much pricier. |

| When we lived in Vancouver many years ago, our vet suggested brewers yeast and that seemed to work pretty well but the spaniel got real whiffy. Auggie and Udo get Advantix and that does the job nicely. Ticks are not much of a problem in western Washington. |

I HATE putting chemicals on my dogs! We've never used anything for fleas and ticks until this year. I definitely agree with the homeopathic idea that a healthy animal shouldn't have parasites. But MAN this year it's been bad! So I gave it up and used frontline... |
