antics of Ziggie

I thought I'd post this because I'm sure that a few people can relate.... :)

Last night I let Ziggie out a little after 11 for his last potty of the night. A few minutes later I let him back in and at this point he usually runs to his crate to go to bed. Well last night he ran into the living room instead. As I am locking the back door I hear him rolling around on one couch and then jump on to the other couch and start rolling. I walk into the living room and am immediately overwhelmed by the smell of poo. I really wish that stupid squirrel would stay out of the yard! So needless to say that instead of going to bed I had to give Ziggie a bath and then wash the couch blankets (thankfully there were blankets). I finally got to bed around midnight. Guess who was up and whining to get out of his crate at 5:30?

Oh no  I agree, thank goodness there were blankets on the sofas! On the upside, I'm sure Ziggie smells & looks great after his bath.

Oh no! What a mess!! I'm glad we haven't gone through that with Bo... YET! Thank goodness for those blankets! Makes me think twice about putting some blankets on my furniture.... I didn't think they were really needed up until now!

It's not the first time he's rolled in poo and anymore I just laugh. I'll take it over bringing "presents" (dead animals, for example) in the house though. Couch blankets are a must in my house as they are easier to wash than the couch. And he does smell wonderful! :)

Okay Humans listen up!

We weims roll in things that smell good to Us so get use it it !!! Now for the rules at our house,Come home smelling bad Get a cold bath with a brush!! Your choice, Always stop when called no matter how good the scent. You can avoid a lot of nights in the barn If you know the rules.
