Thanks for posting this!
It's amazing how legislators propose such unreasonable laws that punish the responsible breeder and pet owner instead of funding shelters and spay/neuter programs already in place. And somehow they can't seem to enforce the laws that already exist that are meant to shut down puppy mills.
How do they propose to pay for the enforcement of all these new regulations? I will be contacting my legislators here in NJ... |
