Hi, We were contacted by a lady in Germantown, TN about a weim she saved from a shelter. She runs a shih tzu rescue but thought she could find a home for this weim. She took her to the vet and she is diabetic, she needs two shots of insulin a day and she is also light heartworm positive. The lady says she is very good with her small dogs, but she has to find her a home, she can't keep her. We are not taking any new dogs in at this time, because we have over 40 in the rescue we are trying to find homes for.
